Ada juga permasalahan terkait aset lama yang masih terdaftar namun aset atau barangnya sudah tidak ada, dan tidak dapat dihapuskan dari pencatatan sehingga perlu regulasi yang memudahan untuk penghapusan aset yang tidak dapat ditelusuri.
“Kami minta dibantu agar legalitas aset yang dikelola pemkot agar dipermudah, seperti pengurusan lahan sekolah yang sudah puluhan tahun menjadi penguasaan pemkot agar dimudahkan pengurusan sertifikatnya serta kemudahan dalama melakukan penghapusan aset yang sudah kadaluwarsa dan tak bisa ditelusuri” kata salah satu jajaran BPKAD Pemkot Ambon. “Diharapkan hasil pertemuan hari ini menjadi catatan untuk memperbaiki tata Kelola aset di daerah di masa yang akan datang’ sambung Jacob Silanno.
