Jendelakaba.com — Selama tahun 2023, Polda Sumbar telah memberikan reward dan punishment kepada personel. Reward diberikan kepada personel yang berprestasi.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Kapolda Sumbar Irjen Pol Suharyono, S.Ik. SH saat memimpin konferensi pers akhir tahun 2023 Polda Sumbar, Minggu (31/12) di ruang Jenderal Hoegeng Mapolda Sumbar.
“Punishment juga diberikan bagi mereka (anggota) yang tidak disiplin maupun melakukan pelanggaran,” katanya.
Kapolda Sumbar menyebut, pelanggaran dilakukan oleh personel di jajaran Polda Sumbar yang menyangkut tindak pidana selama tahun 2023 tercatat 30, sedangkan tahun 2022 tercatat 22.
Untuk pelanggaran disiplin, pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 136 dan pada tahun 2023 mengalami kenaikan menjadi 160.
Kenaikan pelanggaran disiplin tersebut kata Kapolda, merupakan sebuah keberhasilan yang dilaksanakan oleh Bidpropam dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan personel.
Selanjutnya, jumlah personel yang di sidang Kode Etik Profesi Polri (KEPP) pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 52, dan pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 116 personel.
“Pada tahun 2022 Polda Sumbar PTDH (Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat) 8 personel, pada tahun 2023 juga 8 personel,” jelasnya.
PTDH tersebut dilakukan, karena personel tersebut yang tidak bisa lagi dilakukan pembinaan sehingga diberikan penindakan tegas agar tidak menambah citra negatif Polri.
“Ini bentuk komitmen kami (Polda Sumbar) bahwa memberikan reward maupun punishment tidak tebang pilih,” pungkasnya.
Dalam konferensi pers tersebut, dihadiri oleh Wakapolda Sumbar Brigjen Pol Gupuh Setiyono, S.Ik. MH dan Pejabat Utama Polda Sumbar. (*)
