Ia menambahkan, penegakan hukum terhadap pemilik tambang dan aktor intelektual di balik aktivitas ilegal ini akan memberikan efek jera yang lebih besar serta Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Publik terhadap Aparat Penegak Hukum.

“Penindakan hanya terhadap alat berat belum cukup. Kita perlu memastikan bahwa mereka yang berada di balik aktivitas ini juga diadili sesuai hukum yang berlaku,” ujarnya.

Taufikul Hakim juga mengingatkan Polda Sumbar untuk menindaklanjuti bukan hanya level teknisi lapangan tapi juga dalang intelektual dan dalang Finansial.

Dengan langkah tegas dari aparat penegak hukum dan dukungan masyarakat, ia optimistis bahwa kejahatan lingkungan seperti tambang ilegal ini bisa diberantas secara menyeluruh dan menghilangkan Domino Effect lain terhadap sosial, Moral, Kekerasan & kemanusiaan.
