Enam Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama yang dilantik Bupati diantaranya, Sekretaris Dewan dari Dedi Permana kepada Fidria Fala, sementara itu Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja diisi oleh Dedi Permana. Pada pos Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dijabat oleh Joni Amir. Sedangkan Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja diisi oleh Ayu Mitria Fadri. Yunire Yunirman yang sebelumnya menjabat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Perumahan Rakyat dan Pemukiman (LHPP) menjabat Kepala Dinas Pangan. Kemudian Rilza Hanif dipercaya mengisi pos Kepala Dinas LHPP.
Bupati Safaruddin menyebut, rotasi dan mutasi yang digelar, selain menindaklanjuti hasil job fit dan hasil evaluasi kinerja pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama, juga untuk penyegaran. “Beberapa pejabat dirotasi untuk penyegaran dan memacu kinerja,” ujarnya. Lebih lanjut ia mengatakan, bahwa pelaksanaan rotasi dan promosi jabatan itu momentum bersama di awal tahun 2024 dalam rangka membangun Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota ke arah yang lebih baik.
Ia meminta para pejabat yang dilantik dapat bersungguh-sungguh dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat demi peningkatan kesejahteraan rakyat, serta mendahulukan kepentingan umum diatas kepentingan pribadi. “Mutasi bertujuan untuk pembinaan, pengembangan karier serta penyegaran terhadap pejabat struktural di Pemerintah Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. Kepada pejabat yang baru diangkat, Bupati mengingatkan, untuk menjaga amanah dan menjalankan tugas yang dipercayakan melalui sumbangsih pemikiran dan terobosan,” katanya.
Bupati berharap agar para pejabat yang baru dilantik agar fokus kepada percepatan pembangunan daerah, percepatan pencapaian target sesuai visi Kepala Daerah, dan membawa perubahan positif di instansi yang baru ditempati.
